Lovely apartment, perfect location very close to all attractions, restaurants and bars, the Acropolis and the Plaka, and tourist spots and restaurants. Bonus points for a fully furnished kitchen. Large bedroom, private bathroom: )

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible! The place was renovated, clean, and cozy, with jaw-dropping decoration. The wi-fi was super fast, and the kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The apartment was huge for a 1 bedroom, and the balcony was just stunning. The fact that there was a washer and dryer was mind-blowing! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with lots of attractions, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Plus, the owners were amazingly friendly and attentive. It was definitely great value for money. We highly recommend this apartment!

we had a good stay in athens near to a good cafe, the museum, the tourist area. the staff was fantastic and we met the owner. magnificent setting right in the heart of athens.

During my business trip to Athens, my director chose Absolute Athens III as our accommodation, and I must say, it was a great choice. The apartment provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests like me, allowing me to unwind after a busy day of meetings and work. The spacious and well-designed layout made it feel like a home away from home, offering all the comforts and amenities I needed. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area were particularly enjoyable, allowing me to relax and recharge in privacy. , the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and various attractions.

Something worth mentioning, especially for noise-sensitive individuals like myself, is the constant noise from the elevator in the living room area.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful new apartment just a few minutes walk from the Acropolis Museum. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The high ceilings and lots of light made the space feel bright and airy. The owner, Rodoula, was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any detail. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The bed linen and towels were of excellent quality, and I found the sofa bed to be comfortable for sleeping. I highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Athens.

This apartment offers a convenient location, just a short walk away from the Museum of the Acropolis. Guests have mentioned that the apartment is small but beautiful, with high, quality bed linen and a comfortable bed. the host, Rodoula, is highly praised for her warm hospitality, such as waiting upon arrival and even providing flowers and a birthday card for a special celebration. the apartment is well, equipped, with a fully stocked fridge for breakfast and a good Wi, Fi connection.

Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom in this apartment has a low ceiling, making it difficult for taller individuals to comfortably use the bathtub for a shower. This could be a potential inconvenience who prefer spacious bathroom facilities.

I had a fabulous stay at Absolute Athens III in the Koukaki neighborhood. the location was perfect, with great restaurants within walking distance and attractions like the new contemporary art museum and the Acropolis Museum just a short walk away. the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a balcony, washing machine, and even water and fruit waiting in the fridge. the host was helpful and welcoming, making sure we had a smooth arrival.

I chose this apartment for attending a business mixer and I was impressed with the air-conditioned accommodations and the availability of irons/ironing boards. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a comfortable stay.

The only thing I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace within the apartment. It would have been convenient to have a designated area to work on my laptop and conduct meetings.

The value for money at Absolute Athens III was excellent - a fully refurbished apartment with high ceilings, lots of light, and all the necessary amenities. The location was great, within walking distance of Plaka, Acropolis, and many bars and tavernas. The hosts were friendly and efficient, providing above average service.

The only thing that could've made the stay better was if the bathtub/shower had a lower threshold, as it was a challenge for older guests to get in and out.
